Bruce Anderson, MA, MCIP, RPP is a professional urban planner and the Principal of JRTW Planning Services. Bruce has been a planning consultant in BC and Ontario prior to becoming a manager in local government for several municipalities on Vancouver Island. Over the past 25 years in public practice, he has been responsible for range of municipal services: planning and development, sustainability and climate change, economic development, subdivision approval, heritage, arts & culture, public engagement, project management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
As a local government planner and manager, Bruce would innovate in each setting he found himself in, winning awards, advising Councils, Committees, Boards, public and private organizations, members of the development industry, as well as residents in communities.
Over several decades, Bruce has delivered services and advice to local and provincial governments, First Nation governments, federal and international government(s), non-profit organizations, and private sector development companies. He has now established a private practice in Victoria, BC, and is currently joined by a number of professional colleagues to offer a range of full complement of planning services to clients.

As a senior planner and Associate with JRTW based in Victoria, BC., Deb provides planning policy and development advisory services. Deborah has been a manager of planning services in municipal government and as a professional planner has expertise in the areas of policy planning (Official Community Plans, Area Plans, Sustainability, Climate Change, Heritage), plan preparation, and development planning applications processes and subdivision approvals in a local government context.
